Monthly subscriptions
After the 7-day window, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current month. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period and you will not be charged again.
Annual subscriptions
After the 7-day window, annual subscriptions are refundable on a pro-rata basis for the unused full months remaining, minus a 10% administrative fee.
School / institutional plans
Refunds for whole-school plans are governed by the agreement signed at onboarding. Contact your account lead.
How to request a refund
Email inscription786@gmail.com with subject "Refund request" and your Easypaisa transaction ID. Refunds are processed back to the originating Easypaisa account within 7 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of abuse, credential sharing, or breach of our terms.
